Southern Farms is a seven-precinct mega project across areas including Diepkloof, Freedom Park, Eldorado Park and Naturena. Valumax says the development includes residential, retail, commercial, industrial, parks and social amenities.
Valumax states that the project launched in May 2025 and that Phase 1 bulk and link infrastructure installation has commenced.
